While I can’t confirm “all-time”, the incident rate IS lower than last year.

That being said - the cuts are very problematic, as there has been severe ATC shortages since 1981 when Regan signed an EO firing all ATC union workers who went on strike. It was a huge blow to our safety and labor rights
