Any ideas? Because after every game it looks more pronounced.

In amongst Amorim’s army of coaches, is there somebody with a focus on psychology? Obviously the team are learning a new system, and their (physical) fitness has been questioned for a long time. But it looks increasingly that mentally the players are shot to pieces. Is that being addressed at all?

A new system, constant rotation, players being dropped after they’ve had a good game (Rashford & Zirkzee dropped after a brace each against Everton) is not the way to build up confidence, imho.
It wasn’t handled well, imho.
I’ve never seen so much chopping and changing in so few matches, the players aren’t given time to settle into this so called system.
Last night OUR OWN FANS booed him off because, yet again, Amorim subbed him.
How can you expect a young player to progress?
I’m gutted for Zirkzee, he’s being sacrificed.
