How do you come up with great ideas?
I watched 2-hour interview with the creator of the iPod, iPhone and Nest to find out
Tony Fadell
Here is how he does it (and my favorite quote):

And Like Nika said, If I can't stop thinking about it. Its a signal that I need to give it a shot!
If you can find the right nieche it can be great

but 99% of them are not great
so how do you pick the great one?
Tony says that great ideas chase you
Don't dive right into them, write them down, think about them first...
he says to keep coming up with new ideas, give it time
If one idea keeps popping back into your head it's mostly likely the one
Put it off "until its like a black hole that sucks you in"
So how do you take the leap to build it?
Tony says two things:
1. Believe in yourself
2. Get a mentor
Because they will help you believe in yourself... and make sure you are not crazy
Tony says the best way to get a mentor is to build a community of like-minded people around you
Then mentors will find you on their own
Highly recommend everyone to go watch the podcast with Tony Fadell and @lexfridman
Truly a great interview
