I've even seen ppl go as far as to write Peach character as something that's not even close to what she is just to make their point of her movie self being worse.

I get the feeling Movie Peach was written largely to try and appease the people that hate her or write her off as a "airheaded damsel in distress" in the games

And I'm not against a more proactive Peach. I just feel like their attempts to do so remove a lot of elements I like about her character

Daisy would be alot more rambunctious and loudmouthed on screen, Peach at least tries to be assertive and mature when she needs to be, but if Daisy were ANY if the situations Peach were in in the movie, lot more hands would've been thrown lol
