Tonight's cocktail is the banana bird variation (not so seasonal, sorry ) :

1 ounce banana Giffard Banane du Bresil

1 ounce fresh lime juice

¾ ounce Cynar

2 ounce fresh pineapple juice

2 oz ounce mescal

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake with ice.

Serve over ice
