Normal adults also make these issues, mature ones just laugh it off and don't worry about it, anxious ones worry a lot and think they are bad at adulting, and the crazy ones go all Karen and blame everyone else.
(Also maybe you are feeling under the weather ((been taking your meds?!!)

There is no "correct" way to live (or we would have been born with an instructions manual). You get to decide your goals, your meaning, how to live, what is good and what is bad. Don't worry too much about other's opinions because they don't matter and they don't get to decide how you should be you.

In life there is no set objective or meaning, beside the ones you set for yourself. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter. Nothing of what we do has any lasting consequence in this universe, no matter how good or bad we are, time, eventually, will delete everything, including our memory.

So... yeah... don't worry so much. Try to have a good life possibly without ruining other people's lives (because they have the same right you have to be happy), it is going to last very little anyways in the grand scheme of things, so try to enjoy it while it still exists.
