Bro was a great science student. Reward! Got to take one home on Xmas vacation. Put in the bottom of my bed under covers, curled up. To put it mildly that was startling. And mom said it shouldn't be caged but run free. Years later she told me my feet never hit the ground until vacation was over. LOL
Wait until I tell you about being in a jungle in Guatemala where the fear-de-lance likes to live. Only poisonous snake that will attack without being in danger.
LOL, my son, knowing the story, loves to shout "snake," and watch me run. Never got over that cozy feeling in the bottom of the bed. My bro claims to have forgotten this. Needless to say, he is a liar, and I tell him he is.
Itβs a black snake. My house is surrounded by woods, so they are regular visitors. I donβt like snakes but I leave the non venomous ones alone. I will coax them off the porch with a water hose though.
I don't mess with them either. Those black snakes are pretty daring. I have saw one in a friend's house, and my Dad heard a noise in his bed room and found one who knocked a picture off the wall. He put it outside. There was one in my Grandma's house she saw for years. π€£ Must have been eating well.
Haha...it was long for sure. My little Granddaughter said ,"there is a snake, Grandma" I was like...no, no snake! π€£ She was correct. This was years ago. It is long gone! π
Years ago I lived in this apartment and the upstairs neighbor had this huge white snake as a pet. One day he came down and said βhey, my snake got out. Can you call me if you see it?β I said if it wound up in my place I would kill it and then him. π€£π€£
lol. Yes. I donβt get people that want snakes, scorpions, spiders, etc. as pets. I want to play with a pet, not feed it live insects. To each their own, but not for me.
