Sounds like a plan, but will probably hike/cycle alone around somewhere in the landscape/nature and eat well after😋. I doesn’t last long in the apartment. My sleep rhythm is so broken as a shift worker XD

All good, I didn’t take it negatively either. With exercise in nature I rest best, or nap in the forest 😉. Difficult to explain in short words. With the panic attacks I can understand... Thank you, I wish you the same!
