They may have taken the position that the suit is not quite as vital in Washington because the state has 100% medical privacy and is not subject to any federal review of treatment.

called and got a person but they told me to look at the website to see what the AG is doing for trans care. I said (completely calmly) “okay, did I miss something? Has he already instructed hospitals to continue providing trans care?” and the receptionist told me not to get mad or raise my voice 🙄

I know a few people who have waited through the whole phone tree to get to a person! I also know that they've been receiving TONS of calls so they may just literally be out of people to answer.

Their voice mail just made it seem like they didn’t want you to stay on the line if you had a concern about what they were doing to combat the federal administration. Could have been me misinterpreting. I prefer to call after having to sign something saying I’m ok with my email being public

I called today and the nice person who answered stated they, too, were waiting on an announcement from the AG and that they encouraged EVERYONE to call every day and/or submit a comment online 360-753-6200
