It seems that Trump’s agenda is largely based on Project 2025, so the answer is a definite yes to that (see page 145 below where it calls for ending TPS, the program that gives them legal status).

The chapter on Homeland Security in Project 2025 targets parole on pages 143 (claims it’s illegal) and suggests that Congress should pass legislation to put strict limits on parole (pages 146 and 149). See below.
