Not if the DOJ can legitimately order her to drop the case. Because then if she disobeys she's on their level, ignoring directions she doesn't like, but if she obeys she's violating her own ethics. It's a no-win scenario.

This is how you know she’s on #Trump ‘s side. Any real resistor wouldn’t resign. Make them fire you. Make them physically remove you. And in the meantime, do as much damage as you can on the inside. Leak documents, delete files, “misplace” essential items, lock your replacement out.
I like that she stands on principle, I’m torn at whether they should stick it out and make Administration fire them then sue, tie them up in court on everything.
