Good government digital services are possible. But they take time, expertise, and dedicated public servants. (Among other things, for sure.)

Y’all, I filled out the FAFSA for my kid in FIVE MINUTES. Once my account was created and verified, it was one of the smoothest government services experiences I’ve had in ages. Great work FAFSA team!
