American media is different to UK. The partisanship of print media v tv, is the opposite there to here. Here we have the Mail, there they have FoxNews. What is dangerous is the lack of balance in any political output….but balance doesn’t feed the outrage machine

I watched a Dem podcaster talk about how Dems had completely failed to counter flood of right wing propaganda outlets flooding the internet/talk TV. Something like the 5 most popular podcasts are all right wing propaganda. Voices from left barely represented. Dems still stuck on traditional media.

You’re assuming there will be an election in 2028. Plus Trump is the Trojan Horse to get Vance in which is the real goal. Would not be surprised if 25th Amendment isn’t invoked during Trump’s term to allow Vance to take over without an election.

Mainstream media, including Sky News, will need to find the courage to bravely challenge inaccuracies and falsehoods. We have seen from past history when the media acquiesces or fails to directly confront malevolent lies the bad guy becomes ever more despotic.
