I agree with this on many levels, in that the Dems/Left need to cut way back on the "circular online firing squad." But at some point public officials getting arrested might be strategic, to attract international attention etc.

Also it’s not a circular firing squad. It’s the left constantly firing at Dems/liberals.
I don’t care for the suggestion that we all equally need to stop squabbling. Liberals would be delighted to join with leftists in defeating republicans. They constantly respond to that with “no, we hate you.”
