Children should have some agency (more than they’re now granted), but people under 16 usually aren’t yet clued in on even the basics of our systems, culture, and civilization. FFS, we should be *adding credibility testing* for legislators, not inviting more uninformed people into decision-making.

As a parent of an 8-year-old myself, I am all for giving tools to subscribers to restrict what kind of content your children would be exposed to. None of these censorship rules even consider the possibility that when the kids go to bed I might want to see some of that shit that you don't like.
