I can safely assure Infinite Wealth is not Saint's Row vibe. I also feel it has the best dialogue between the party members in the series.

It still plays everything sincerely, so I don't think it can be Saints row. Also, it's nowhere near *that* silly. The stuff that would usually be side content is just more directly introduced to the player.

the serious stuff is still there and it's handled with the same level of care as the most recent entries. The goofy shit is there but it's tapered off to the side quests like every other game. Like yeah Majima runs a cabaret club and Ichiban owns an Animal Crossing but it never interferes

It’s not too stupid where it feels like it’s going down a bad path but there is a part that you think is gonna build to the most ridiculous shit imaginable and then it turns out to be not as ridiculous which makes it just kinda bizarre. That being said plenty of good moments and surprises
