I deleted my IG and logged out of FB. I can't get rid of it entirely, but I have no desire to check it. Not unless California falls into the ocean because that is where most of my family is located.

I think they make it overly complicated so people will give up and not go through with deleting. I remember when I first joined back in 2008, there was a delete button in the general settings tab, now you have to click on 37 different tabs just to find the delete option.

I have rarely been on bookface for the past three years and that freedom from it was and is wonderful! I keep it for connections to family & friends that are all over the world, but as far as traffic from me…it’s only once to twice a year to check on people.
