I mean it’s not a ton better but try chef woo cup ramen on Amazon it’s vegan and a dairy free cheese like follow your heart shreds . You’ll have less inflammation in your digestive tract and a better gut microbiome. But I feel you

They are technically not bones. My 17 year old and I had this conversation and went on a discovery search on google. But I still say they count as bone-adjacent and therefore it is weird.
