On today’s episode of my #meanneighbor I came home to my house smelling of cigarettes AGAIN. I opened everything up though its cold—just in time for the neighbors who smoke (upstairs) to return. Here’s a nice video of the noise from their damaged place—over my TV. Next they’ll say I smoke. #HOA
