Not all heroes wear capes: thank you for sharing! I've been a big Inquirer supporter; just a few weeks ago, I helped my aging father submit an op-ed that was published. Some friends still work there; to see this is heartbreaking. We need the fourth pillar now more than ever; it's the only one left.

I really hoped they would be my WaPo replacement, because I typically read WaPo multiple times a day for the past 8yrs, but Inquirer just didn't have the volume of insightful national news I was looking for.

I suppose I might consider Wired if they stick to the political beat. Otherwise, Guardian?
