What was meant with "involving", they didn't say.
But somehow untraditional means has to be used, to state a point.
Russia or rather #China is determinating whether a WW3 should be played, because the nuclear threats may continue endlessly, despite their actual validity.
They didn’t put tires on the trucks they would need immediately.

Ukraine must be armed with weapons to win this war, not just survive the next major missile attack.
We don't want to call it that but this sure looks like a World War already.
