Buckle up! High school flies by and before you know it you will be sending your youngest off to college. And then all the realities of empty nest will flood in. I survived with my golden retriever listening every day as we sat on our screened in porch rocking and bird watching.

A couple of years ago I was the father of a cute little squeaky voiced tike playing with Legos. I’m now the father of a middle aged man.
My oldest is finishing middle school this week. I cannot believe we’re about to have an entire high schooler 😭😭😭 congrats to you! It’s so bittersweet I’m sure 🩵
The sigh of relief I felt leaving the middle school parking lot for the last time with my youngest was REAL...he graduates high school next week, the last 4 years have flown by!
