Been trying to buy an OP-1 on craigslist and the experience has been interesting to say the least. This has happened multiple times now: First, the person makes the listing for Seattle. The price is "really good" but still plausible.

When you inquire, they say, "oh, I live in (blank)" (a completely different part of the state) "I could ship it to you." If I say ANYTHING about the product, they respond to me with a weirdly LLM-sounding tone.
I mentioned I was debating the OP-1 vs. OP-1 Field, and they said:
"Sounds good! I totally get the debate between the field and the OG OP-1—both have their strengths but the field takes everything great about the OG OP-1 and improves on it—..."
"...better sound engine, upgraded screen, way more storage and a crazy battery life. If you’re looking for something more future-proof, the field is certainly the way to go."
That's an LLM, right? The tone, the gratuitous emdash?
It's also interesting because the "battery life being longer on the Field" is something an LLM *would* think - true in all the paperwork, not true in reality, afaik, based on community consensus.
Why go to so much trouble for a scam? And on such a niche item? Just sell a PS5 or something? Or do they know that gearheads are sweaty enough to desperately throw money at a risky purchase due to their debilitating G.A.S.? It's just weird...
