If we take the falling of the Westfold to mean the 1st battle of the Ford of Isen when Theodred died, then Aragorn was paddling a boat past the Argonath at that time. If it’s the 2nd battle, when Saruman’s forces finally captured the river crossing, he was in Edoras, meeting and healing Theoden
