I'm kind of surprised that in light of the anti-trans policymaking in the US, Canadian politicians AFAIK haven't yet done the reminder that happened w/abortion:

Canada doesn't extradite those charged with crimes (say, trans clinical care) to countries where the thing isn't a crime in Canada.
