As you saw, Cathrine and I recommended Skydeck, I found ranka and thought it was a bit prettier. Never was a fan of Tweetdeck so can't fully compare, but it's another options

Just gave all 3 a test-drive:
SkyDeck, SkyFeed and Ranka and so far SkyFeed looks the most usable!
I'll give them all a few days to impress me, but good to know there are multiple options!
