The AR State Legislature is working on Senate Bill 84 that will lift the moratorium on med & large pig CAFO's in the Buffalo National River watershed and other reservoirs & drinking water sources. Last time this was fought 6.8 million dollars was spent to close the C&H swine CAFO near the Buffalo.
