There was no evidence ever presented in court that she competed in the taxi.

The only damage to the taxi was the broken window - not broken by Kerr. Which was only done to escape the car when the taxi driver kidnapped them illegally.

She vomited in the taxi, when asked to pay she abused the driver. He feared for his safety and took them (as he is correct to do). They proceeded to destroy the car. This wasn't part of the court case, that was about racial abuse to the police, that is why wasn't presented. Bad Behaviour ...Yep
