I NEED A PHYSICS PERSON TO EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. as of a week ago, every time i pet my cat, literally every stroke from head to tail gives a static shock. even as fast as one shock per second. she doesn't care, but. how is the charge rebuilding that fast, and where. please spread this I Need An Answer
