Getting away from the MAGA sewer twitter has become is a blessing. As for political leaning I have some mildly right-wing views and some mildly left-wing. A lot would describe that as moderate. I say, confused.

Twitter is just a tip of the iceberg when it comes to MAGA nonsense. Don't forget Trump has his own social media site.
But the Overton window on Twitter has definitely shifted, but imo the engagement farming and the bots are what made it worse.
Wise choice. Most of the rw Twitter alternatives just concentrated the more crazy elements of the right while being a bad user experience without trying to fix Twitter's shortcomings.
