I see people talking about the Tiktok "ban" all the time.
There was no ban. They were debating one, and SCOTUS cleared one, but they didn't actually do the ban.
Tiktok suspended their services THEMSELVES so they could make a statement.
Then they unbanned themselves to make another statement.

As far as I can tell TikTok is just violating the law, and since there's no will to enforce it, nothing is happening to them.
