Whoever ends up winning the NBA's Southeast Division is on track to have the worst record of a division winner since we had 6 divisions.

I think Portland would basically be the Pistons if they were in the east. The only western conference team that wouldn't make the play-in in the East is the Jazz and that's because they actively don't want to.
Im a Warriors fan, in 2008 we went 48-34 and had to sit home and watch the 37-45 Hawks lose in the first round. Worst parity in any sports league is the one where 2 teams have won like 50% of the titles.
I don't know why, but seeing the state of the NBA and knowing the sonics don't exist is just incredibly frustrating. There's no real direct correlation. And yet.
