DEI means that barriers to qualified people are taken down.There is no preference. The playing field is leveled. BUT
when hospitals have no Indian, Asian, Black, Hispanic doctors on staff, people will beg for help. They will die & MAGAs care not. They are disposable. #USDemocracy
