Nevermind. Found it and un-installed it. Had to specify "Android Safetycore" in the search. Just "Safetycore" didn't find it. 😮‍💨

I found mine under Settings> Apps and notifications>see all apps. Oddly it didn't come up when i searched for it, but I found it there.

For those getting a paywall- Settings> Apps> See all apps > Android SafetyCore. Uninstall it or change permissions. It's AI that goes through all your photos.

Okay uninstalled it on mine.
