It’s really good for prototyping and getting an idea fast though there are real moments that I go if it wasn’t for this being already half blueprint I’d do this in c++. I recommend trying it in c++ sooner rather than later so you can get used to it
I worked as a Unity dev for close to 7 years before I decided to start learning Unreal and I managed to pick it up pretty quickly. Plus a lot of stuff is easier than Unity
In my company at least, designers are 100% blueprints and programmers are like 80% c++ 20% blueprints. Some blueprints are eventually re-written into c++ but many aren't. This video was very helpful to me when I was starting out: https://youtu.be/VMZftEVDuCE
