Sending blessings & hugs. As a survivor it causes so much that you just don't realize until the triggers hit. There are times when you can be filled with laughter & there are also days when you hit a dark spot that overwhelms & consumes. I love that you hold your vulnerability with authenticity.

Len, you have done amazingly to come this far. I recorded the documentary when it was on, but didn't have the spoons to watch it till recently. It must have taken so much strength and courage to get through your horrendous experience; thank you for speaking out and for helping others x
