Just want to add in some details. PSA API had issues and it messed things up. The app on gamestop wouldn't update so people panic and think the worse when in reality the card was moving along. You just didn't know. That is why gamestop stop mailing in cards for a minute
Yes I'm sure that happened. But most got to gamestop and just sat there. The employees could not release the card because they were waiting for a number from psa to clear it.
From what i have seen this is the majority of the problems. Psa api isn't communicating with gamestop system properly
We are in a group with about a couple hundred employees. I'm sure someone forgot to send them in or package got lost for a couple of weeks. If you submit 100s of thousands of cards, it's bound to happen
95% of the issue is a system issue they are working on
I personally talked to a guy that submitted early Oct... employee forgot to send it when first batch went out so sent it the following week. So like Oct 20th. Psa got it a couple days later and then no update.
Nat contacted this guy and said they graded it in December and card was sent back.
