for me personally what always helps me out of a depression spiral is walking and sunshine (or sad lights) and eating better and drinking enough water and getting enough sleep but those are all things i find incredibly difficult to do when i am depressed. sending you ❤️
Maybe this is self-evident to everyone and maybe it isn't. Therapeutic coping suggestions are great. I would add getting involved in the world in some way and helping others.
However, I hope everyone feeling this way for for weeks at t tiem finds their way to psychiatric care. Meds can be great.
