This is how I re-read Pluto. Unfortunately I had to downsize my collection years back and no longer own it.

May 10th marks 15 yrs working at my public library. In Indiana 130+ libraries are a part of Evergreen Indiana and patrons can search all EII libraries to transit in all the manga they want.

Our library has a rather decent collection but budget and shelving space limit us so it is fantastic to be able to get in series or volumes we do not own or have available. We transit in a few hundred items a month.

Yeee! Theres programs for both getting books from both in county libraries and from other libraries in the state that are out of county (at least in louisiana there is) I know for some counties they even let you borrow dvds from branches in the same county!

I know the library i work at im basically in charge of helping choose stuff for the manga and anime section since im now the only one who works there and knows anything about it. I defo look forward to making a nice little area for it once we get moved into our new building so its easy to find!

And like i think some people would be shocked at how much manga some libraries braches have. Like the county i work in is moving one branch into their normal building again after repairs from a hurricane a few years back and we found like 6 big boxes of manga in storage packed to being full.

And i dont live in a big city i live in a very very rural area with not many people, i can only imagine how much the libraries in new orleans have acess too. So defo dont be afraid to ask some libraries to see if they can order you stuff from another, some have a ton of anime and manga!
