I haven't kept up with the news about it, but I know Penn Medicine does accept trans women as recipients for a uterus transplant. I don't think any trans women have had successful pregnancies through it, but it's still a possibility. More donors and recipients are needed to study and learn from.
While those days are blissfully behind me, and while I never had legal access to the one thing that actually did help with the pain when I needed it ... weed is the answer.
Got mine out this past October and it’s awesome! Endo, fibroids, and just awful periods since day one; to feeling some sorta way for a couple days a week when the hormones surge.
May I talk to you about my medical lord and savior, naproxen. Chemically it’s a NSAID like ibuprofen, but works better for menstrual pain!
I do very much feel the visceral need to throw that little bastard at a wall though, with or without medical assistance.
I feel you. Took me almost a decade to get diagnosed with endometriosis and my uterus randomly decided medication didn't work about a year and a half ago. Got so bad I was able to have my hysterectomy covered by insurance due to emergency need (I'm in the US) and I'm under 30

Excedrin isn’t enough, I need to reach a spoon into my skull and scrape my brain off the bone. I prefer my thoughts without the shell
For me, depo (and later an iud) stopped all my issues.
It really sucks we have how many boner pills and almost nothing good for endo/adeno?
I need it evicteddd
You have my deepest sympathy and if I could, I'd fix you up with a hot water bottle and a hot toddy.
