To this day I still haven't finished Nocturne because of how long it took me to advance in the game
I hope I can one day find the time to play it 'til the end
I understand that so well!! I've gone through the game twice (once by myself and once watching my roomie play the whole thing) and both times I somehow felt it was the longest game ever but also over so quick? I'm not always a fan of slow paced stuff but for me Nocturne soothed me into it perfectly!
oh man and SMTIV has it just as much !!!! I don't replay games much, but they somehow always make it feel very appealing! ;v; (I did very much play og SMTV 5 times...)
but yeah no I understand the length being a struggle especially during certain dungeons! :>
if you ever feel up for dealing with it I hope you get to finish it too! it really is a one of a kind experience that sticks with you imo <3

that's what I was thinking about when drawing it!! I love cool Nocturne art but the main feeling I get from the game is more related to the solitary vast feelings of being all alone in such a strange place with just funny little demon dudes... love this game a lot !!
Yes!!! There’s a sense of vulnerability and the different factions are the pulling of identity in society. Everyone’s alone, everyone’s navigating it. The other characters equally, which is why they push each other away despite established relationships you’d think would keep them together.
And everyone is shaped by their own journeys as well. Experienced their own trauma. Found clarity in their own existence. But the demifiend is and will always be bound to the split identity of man & demon, and of not being able to truly choose his own amidst the chaos of society. Which makes him
