Imo the difference between them isn't all that much outside some minor technical skill. My NSFW work is heavily influenced by my SFW art experiences, so the principles and practices involved should be fairly universal!

Natural movement/flow of muscles for in betweens. How not to have body move stiff or decidedly unnaturally. Common things you often see newer animators not mindful of in regards to movement. (Like moving the mouth but not considering how the jaw bones are affected or lifting the arm but not chest)
