Arizona has a lot of sunshine. They don't need wind to decarbonize. But are they smart and uncorrupt enough to support distributed solar that literally gives power to the people, and not the huge solar fields that arouse huge opposition but keep control in the board rooms of utilities?

No $ in it for Trump (unlike the oil industry). Trump has also said, "They're [turbines] noisy. They kill the birds" (which Putin had also noted). In addition, Trump has repeatedly claimed they cause cancer (which is not supported by scientific research, ofc 🙄).
