If you normally use cast, iron pans, they are super easy to do at home, quick and taste better.

Baby Yukon gold, quartered. Steam in the microwave for around 8 min. Drain and toss with olive oil and seasoning of choice. Arrange on sheet pan skin side down. Bake at 425°F for about 45 minutes.
You'd probably want sturdy mash so it would be more potato than butter/milk.
