Thanks for posting. The thing people don't appreciate is with something like polio, that relatively low morbidity rate doesn't tell the full story. The long-lasting health complications can be really destructive. My dad had polio and he's still dealing with issues all these years later.

Fun fact: we just marked (on December 9) the 45th anniversary of the date when smallpox was determined to have been eradicated. The official declaration came the following May. So. Much. Winning.

People seriously need to be reminded of the importance of vaccines. All these vaccine deniers should be held accountable for their stupidity and ignorance. Enough said!
