I don't think we need more trials at this point; moving this in into the ME literature and focusing on basic science seems a more likely to move treatment forward.

Thank you for your work. As an #MECFS patient & advocate, it's been incredibly frustrating to see that doctors are again reaching for cognitive behavioral therapy & graded exercise therapy when treating #LongCovid. It can feel as if we suffered & advocated in vain.
