Here’s my prediction: Abrego Garcia is dead. They won’t produce him because even the myopic GOP knows the optics of a dead body won’t be good for the program, thus the stall. I hope I’m wrong.

If they can’t produce him, the SC should mandate the shutdown of the program on due process grounds.
