You can reply to a message with the pin icon from your emoji set, and then add this feed to your profile:

https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:q6gjnaw2blty4crticxkmujt/feed/my-pins

That will create a custom tab that collects all the posts you've replied to with the pin
