Safety, transcendence, cosyness, no interventions, .. in essence the best start of life I could imagine giving my children the opportunity to have.

I didn't like the treatment of birthing people I saw as a student nurse. Then, I read a Sheila Kitzinger book & realized I had alternatives. I wanted more autonomy & more privacy & no one bossing me. & that's how it worked out.
