I'm glad that you are enjoying it. I want to get this one too but for PS5. I already have the Switch vanilla version but this one is Vengeance. Might as well play Vengeance.
I'm actually waiting on the Switch 2 to start this, because I bought the original version and I heard it had technical issues that made it run slow, hoping the upgrade fixes it!
I'm an SMT fan and couldn't get into the original of this despite buying a switch because of it. I'm having a much better time with SMTVV even if it still starts off pretty slowly. The combat and music are carrying it for me even if it's not hitting the same highs of the others I've played.
Yeah, the jokes about Pokémon and SMT have been around forever. 😄

SMT came long before Pokemon. 1980s. Love this series. They used to be first-person dungeon crawlers. Nocturne (btw it's amazing and a remaster is out now) took the series third person. Soul Hackers is another amazing one 2..sucks. Series overall is peak RPG Gaming and Persona spun off from it.

It's accessable and gives you many tools
